We are looking for an Information Security Analyst II (NIWC Pacific) in San Diego, California.
SUMMARY
Provide professional information security services assist NIWC Pacific Security Support Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Security Classification Guide (SCG) Compliance check.
- Ensure SCG usage compliance
- Assist with basic information security function
- Create security plans for classified meetings and conferences held at SSC Pacific
- Review all material Unclassified Technical Information & Classified) leaving the center (part of technical review process
- Collaborate with Project Lead/SME/Branch Head/PM/OPSEC/PAO)
- Create Marking Desk guide and provide guidance on proper marking review
- Implement CUI Marking process and safeguarding/protection of center-wide procedures
- Create training material and provide training, as needed
- Assist with preparation for inspections (CSI, NATO, IG, etc.)
- Verify clearances and issues and create tracking log for courier cards
- Manage all classified copiers in the center
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience
- Top Secret-Required
- Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Specialist experience/background
- Ability to collaborate with all projects/programs throughout the center
- Knowledge of performing security site visits of secured spaces and laboratories
PREFERRED
- Local to San Diego, CA area

Salary : $65,000 - $73,000
