What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Crew position at T4 - LIVERMORE?
Li Cha Tea (formerly known as T4 Livermore) (a really cool boba milk tea place), is looking to add a few awesome kitchen staff to join our highly motivated team of Ninjas....we're not really Ninjas - we're just really good at what we do!
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Fulfill all incoming food orders to customer specifications
- Follow proper procedures in performing specified duties
- Know and comply with all health and sanitation practices
- Perform all tasks in the kitchen to include deep fry quick serve foods
- Responsible for hygiene of kitchen and prepare for surprise inspections
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the day and following day
- Prepare any ingredients such as meat needed for cooking
- Rotate food items in cold storage and throw away any expired items
- Sort, chop, and store food items that need to be used for cooking purposes
- Assure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, including kitchen floors
- Wash and dry dishes, pots and pans, and throw away trash in trash receptacles
- Maintain inventory of all consumable goods and ensure items are replenished
- Additional duties as assigned by a supervisor and/or manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the kitchen/desire to work in the kitchen
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail...no one wants burnt chicken - ninjas know better!
- Ability to take direction and communicate effectively, proactive in work, etc.
- AMAZING ability to be the ruler of the kitchen...not the measuring ruler, but the other kind of ruler.... :)
Assigned working shifts will depend on business needs and applicant availability. The more availability ya got, the more CHA CHING $$$$ you will have to spend! :)
