T47 is seeking a qualified candidate with the subject matter expertise to provide Incentives Establishment Services Support for the Georgian Army National Guard (GA ARNG), at the Clay National Guard Center, in Marietta, GA. The Incentives Establishment Services Support Specialist will be responsible for researching, executing, and managing automated system actions to confirm eligibility, recommend payments, and modify incentive statuses (suspension, reinstatement, termination) for GAARNG service members.
Salary: $18 - $28
The candidate must:
· Provide timely and accurate processing of initial contract requests, payment requests, and contract adjustments (suspensions/terminations).
· Exclusively use the Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) for all incentive transactions.
· Possess the mandatory training and certification, including:
o Completion of Incentive Manager Course (distance learning phase) via https://guardu.ng.mil. o Completion of Comptrollers and Fiscal Law Course via https://jagu.army.mil.
o Continued access through Incentive Manager Course (resident phase) at NGPEC.
Daily Requirements for Incentive Program Support
Eligibility & Documentation
· Confirm service members' eligibility for incentives (reenlistment bonuses, loan repayment, etc.) within 3 business days, ensuring 98% accuracy.
· Verify completeness of required documentation (reenlistment agreements, medical/financial records) within 5 business days.
· Maintain 100% accurate and accessible records in compliance with Army/DoD regulations, with no more than two misfiled records per quarter.
Processing & Payment Management
· Process all incentive payments within 10 business days after eligibility confirmation, ensuring 98% on-time payments.
· Monitor payment status, provide updates within 3 business days, and ensure 100% follow-up on delays.
· Resolve payment discrepancies within 5 business days, maintaining 98% accuracy.
Reporting & Compliance
· Submit weekly reports on processed claims, payments, and discrepancies, ensuring 98% accuracy.
· Provide monthly reports on incentive claims and issues, ensuring 100% on-time submission.
· Conduct quarterly reviews of tax compliance for all incentive payments.
· Manage quarterly audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and provided within 10 business days.
Service Member Support & Outreach
· Respond to inquiries regarding incentives within 3 business days, maintaining 98% accuracy.
· Conduct monthly updates on regulations and implement changes within 10 business days.
· Provide at least two updates to service members on payment status within 5 business days.
· Conduct 8 outreach events per year to educate service members on available incentives.
· Ensure 100% participation in outreach and provide follow-ups within 5 business days.
System & Process Management
· Utilize GIMS to track incentive eligibility and payments, updating records within 2 business days.
· Ensure all incentive claims are processed in strict compliance with ARNG regulations within 10 business days.
· Submit semi-annual recommendations for improving incentive processing efficiency.
