T47 International, Inc is seeking two (2) Medical Operations (MEDOPS) Program Managers to support the Georgia Army National Guard (GAARNG), one each at the Clay National Guard Center, Marietta, GA and at Fort Stewart, GA. The MEDOPS Program Manager provides oversight for medical operations, health readiness, and personnel medical records management. The purpose of this requirement is to provide program readiness support for Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP).

Requirements:
· Provide program readiness support for Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP).
· Perform services co-located with clinical operations at Clay National Guard Center (CNGC) in Marietta and Fort Stewart, ensuring 100% compliance with site-specific protocols.
· Oversee non-clinical medical operations throughout Georgia, including CNGC, Fort Stewart, and Macon. Submit consolidated monthly reports with 98% accuracy.
· Submit care plans for Soldiers with medical conditions in accordance with AR 40-501, AR 25-50, and DA Memo 25-52 within 5 business days, ensuring 100% compliance.
· Submit staffing plans for each Medical Readiness Event to the COR within 30 days of event notification, ensuring full compliance with personnel and resource requirements.
· Complete the credentialing process for all GA Military Providers in accordance with AR 40-68 Clinical Quality Management and C2P2 Board, submitting documentation within 10 business days.
· Provide weekly credentialing updates to the COR and submit quarterly reports identifying provider status within the first 5 business days of each week and quarter.
· Maintain communication with credentialing personnel at various MTFs, ensuring quality control of credentialing processes with weekly updates submitted to the COR.
· Consolidate and submit weekly medical readiness data, including medical and dental readiness categories, highlighting key issues by close of business every Friday.
· Facilitate monthly meetings with the COR to discuss medical case management, documenting and submitting meeting notes and action items within 2 business days.
· Track all MRC 3 Soldiers, including DL codes, and all MRC 4 Soldiers using a case tracker report, submitting weekly reports to the DSS with 100% data accuracy.
· Manage check-in/check-out processes for medical readiness events, maintain a roster of scheduled Soldiers, perform MEDPROS data entry, and submit event reports within 5 business days.
· Run projected (90-day) MRC 4 rosters monthly using the Commanders Portal medical database, coordinating with units for scheduling and submitting reports to the COR.
· Maintain a roster of Soldiers scheduled for medical readiness events and ensure IMR data from MEDPROS is updated and printed for all locations within 2 business days of request.
· Enter medical requirements into MODS and prepare pre- and post-event status reports, including entry and exit MRC data, within 3 business days of event completion.
· Pull reports from automated systems such as MEDCHART, eProfile, eCase, MRR, DENCLASS, and AVS to document all referrals, submitting reports within 3 business days of request.
· Perform data analysis for IMR and deployment readiness in accordance with AR 40-501, submitting analysis reports within 5 business days with 98% accuracy.
· Monitor and input MEDPROS data for all medical requirements, ensuring scheduled services are completed and updated with 98% accuracy.
· Provide reports on abnormal lab values obtained during PHA events to the DSS within 2 business days of event completion, ensuring 100% compliance.
