Responsibilities
- The Quality Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service delivery.
- Supports the Quality Control Manager by conducting inspections, ensuring adherence to protocols, and assisting housekeeping staff in meeting performance expectations.
- Support Staff Training and assist in onboarding new housekeeping staff and conducting ongoing training sessions
- Monitoring Supply Levels and Equipment
- Record inspection findings, prepare reports, and update records in line with company protocols.
- Ensure that cleaning practices comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
