T47 International, Inc is seeking a Retention Coordination Specialist to support the Georga Army National Guard (GA ARNG) providing services for the retention mission at the Clay National Center in Marietta, GA. The Retention Coordination Specialist is responsibleadvising leadership on personnel trends and ensuring compliance with end-strength goals. Retention Coordination involves evaluation of trends in attrition to identify the areas in which the GAARNG must improve in order to retain quality Soldiers. Knowledge of, and experience working in, Army National Guard recruiting, and retention is crucial.

Requirements:
Brief Senior Leadership:
· Prepare and deliver quarterly briefings to The Adjutant General, the Commanding General, and the G1 on the readiness of 11,000 GAARNG Soldiers.
Provide Written Recommendations:
· Submit semi-annual or as-directed reports on attrition management trends and solutions, ensuring 98% compliance with ARNG analytical standards.
Manage Inactive National Guard (ING) Transfers:
· Process personnel transfers to ING within 10 business days of request, maintaining 100% compliance with GAARNG policies.
Prepare Retention Briefings:
· Maintain and deliver quarterly presentations to senior headquarters staff on GAARNG retention goals, ensuring 100% accuracy in reported data.
Monitor End-Strength Compliance:
· Ensure negative end-strength and NO-VAL levels remain within NGB maximum standards.
· Submit monthly compliance reports to the G1, maintaining 100% compliance.
Develop & Implement Career Counselor Training:
· Conduct semi-annual training for 150 unit, battalion, and MSC career counselors.
· Ensure 95% of participants meet training objectives based on post-training assessments.
Manage Retention Software & System Access:
· Oversee ARNG secure website & Retention Management Software (RMS), ensuring 100% uptime.
· Complete system updates within 2 business days of receiving patches.
· Manage DPRO access for 1,700 FTS & temporary staff, processing requests within 3 business days.
Provide Stationing & Organizational Guidance:
· Furnish guidance on force structure changes within 5 business days of request.
Support Congressional Inquiries:
· Complete research & data requests for the G1 within 10 business days, ensuring 98% accuracy.
Analyze & Report Historical Trends:
· Submit quarterly trend reports to the Strategic Management Office for TAG’s State of the State briefing.
· Provide 100% accurate reports no later than 10 business days before the briefing.
Conduct Actuarial & Statistical Analyses:
· Perform quarterly retention planning analyses, achieving 98% accuracy in findings.
Review Personnel Data with MTO&E:
· Complete data analyses within 5 business days of request, ensuring 98% accuracy.
Administer Retention Programs:
· Execute Freedom Salute & Extend to Defend programs for completed retention contracts within 15 business days, maintaining 100% compliance.
Deliver Workforce Data:
· Provide GAARNG personnel data within 5 business days of request, ensuring 98% accuracy.
Oversee GFEBS Execution:
· Ensure GFEBS-related actions comply 100% with ARNG financial policies.
Forecast & Mitigate Force Integration Issues:
· Submit quarterly forecasts & mitigation strategies to the G1, achieving a 98% success rate.
Align Retention with Incentive Programs:
· Coordinate with state Incentive Managers (IMs) on quarterly retention initiatives, ensuring 100% compliance.
Capture & Share Retention Best Practices:
· Submit semi-annual knowledge-sharing reports, achieving 98% success in delivering actionable insights.
Conduct Recruiting & Retention Assessments:
· Perform annual MSC assessments, submitting reports within 20 business days of completion.
· Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with ARNG standards.
