Job Description

• Prepare and record customer billings.
• Review and record customer payments accurately and timely.
• Review and record all credit card transactions and accrued travel expenses.
• Prepare journal entries for intercompany transactions.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Receive, review, and approve vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and documentation.
• Coordinate and manage payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer transactions.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
• Analyze prepayment and accruals to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with external auditors during annual audit process.
• Other tasks as requested.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience required, required
• Bachelor's in accounting or finance required
• CPA track preferred
• Experience with US-GAAP & IFRS Accounting Standards.
• Data Center Experience a must.
