About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Contract Support Lead to join our team at T5 Data Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional contract administration services to our customers, ensuring seamless delivery of their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to customers, anticipating and addressing their needs to ensure excellent relationships
- Develop and maintain accurate records of contract transactions, ensuring up-to-date information is available at all times
- Collaborate closely with the client representative to ensure open communication and clear expectations
- Evaluate and improve financial and commercial aspects of contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Oversee the production of supporting financial information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver high-quality monthly reporting and QBR reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Enhance the financial standards of contracts, measured against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Raise, bill, and close Extra Works jobs in a timely manner, once approved by customer
- Manage helpdesk and asset management systems, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Maintain on-site personnel records, ensuring accurate information is available at all times
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and progress
- Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring continuous enhancement of services
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, promoting a safe working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Contract Coordinator role or related field
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, using operating systems like Maximo, Dynamics AX, or Concept software
- Desirable: Financial/accounting experience
