The Contract Support Lead will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and flexible contract administration service to the customer, maintaining concise records of all contract transactions, liaising regularly with the client representative.
Responsibilities
- Understand, anticipate, and deliver to customer’s needs while building effective relationships
- Positively respond to client through effective communication and personal accessibility
- Responsible for all financial and commercial aspects of contracts
- Understanding the contract, including scope and terms & conditions
- Ensuring that sales invoices are raised in a correct and timely manner
- To assist in the production of supporting financial information
- Responsible for monthly reporting and QBR reporting
- Improve the financial standards of the contract that are measured against monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensuring that Extra Works jobs are raised, billed, and closed in a timely manner once approved by customer
- Management of helpdesk and asset management systems used at the customer site
- Maintaining on site personnel records including training matrixes, holiday and sickness records and timesheets
- Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly
- Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes, and ensuring continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including H&S reporting (e.g. Hazard Reporting) and promoting a safe working environment
- All other work as assigned by T5 leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
- 3 years in a Contract Coordinator role or related experience, required
- Previous experience of a customer-facing role using operating systems such as Maximo, Dynamics
- AX or Concept software
- Financial / accounting experience, preferred
- Experience with Maximo, DynamicsAX, or Concept software, required
- Strong proficiency in the use of spreadsheets and Windows, required
- Handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner, required
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines while working independently, required
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization, required
- Exceptional organizational, quantitative and problem-solving skills, required
- Exceptional attention to detail, required
- Ability to approach problems both logically and creatively, required
