About the Role
The Critical Services Technician will be responsible for maintaining critical and non-critical infrastructure, equipment, and systems within our data centers. This includes working with a team to deliver 100% uptime while minimizing risks, monitoring power and cooling capacity, and utilizing a CMMS to manage all planned and unplanned work. Additional responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, assisting with the development of operating procedures and PM inspections, and resolving electrical and mechanical issues quickly.

- Work with a team to deliver total availability (100% uptime) while minimizing risks.
- Monitor power and cooling capacity and environmental conditions within the data halls.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as a tool to manage all planned and unplanned data center work.
