Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
The Project Engineer is responsible for performing support tasks to assist Project Engineers and Project Managers inoverseeing and managing T5CS projects. This includes processing documents and certifications, managing schedules,liaising with internal and external parties, and providing technical support to staff as necessary.RESPONSIBILITIES
Help coordinate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms.Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates.Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings.Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects.Support on site management of data center projects.Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.Assist Project Manager and project team with reporting.Research information to support other teams and departments as needed.Interface with T5 operations team.Assist with ensuring a safe work environment on project sites.Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5 management.Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required0-2 years of experience in a field-related role or equivalent education, preferredConstruction industry experience, preferredData Center experience, preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES
Good understanding of safety guidelinesTechnically savvy and computer literateIndividual must be driven, hardworking and dedicated, requiredExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, requiredAn energetic self-starter with a “can do / whatever it takes” attitude who can perform under pressure, work successfully on tight deadlines and identify and resolve problems as they arise, requiredOpen to frequent travelAdditional Information
