The Regional Safety Manager is responsible for managing the development and consistent implementation of safety, security, and environmental compliance programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates contact post-award pre-mobilization activities including but not limited to :
- Coordination of EHS management tool training
- Initiation and tracking of orientation process.
- Sends out updates and approvals of received pre-mobilization documentation to sites and upper management.
- Sends out templates to aid in subcontractor mobilization.
- Initiation of outsourcing of EHS contractors.
- Coordinates 2-week training for New EHS hires.
- Assists coordinator(s) in document control and development
- Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance.
- Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
- Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
- Update corporate and site specific EHS dashboards.
- Oversees all EHS metrics and will send out reports on a routine basis.
