Job Responsibilities:
Courtesy Position:
- Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Hood Position:
- Inspect and top off fluids (excluding brake fluid) per manufacturer recommendations.
- Retrieve and add oil as needed.
Pit Position:
- Drain motor oil, replace oil filters, and grease chassis fittings.
Write-Up Position:
- Assist customers in selecting oil types and additional services.
- Process payments for services performed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform coolant exchanges and transmission drain & fill services.
- Hold a sign to attract customers periodically throughout the day.
- Assist the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with opening and closing procedures.
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop, office, and bathroom areas.
- Stay aware of vehicle conditions and report any concerns.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
- Requires the ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform other physical movements for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
- Requires the use of hands for tasks involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
