*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Desk Specialist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
- Elaborate invoices for clients
- Handle customer complaints professionally and refer complaining customer to the appropriate contact for resolution

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong administrative abilities to support office operations effectively
- Proficient phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
- Customer support skills to address inquiries and resolve issues courteously
- Knowledge of Automotive Industry is a plus
- Familiarity with office management tasks is advantageous
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
