We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Player Development Manager to support our non-profit Bingo operation.
We are seeking a dedicated Player Development Manager to build, lead, and oversee Player Development & Retention programs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing player tracking, recruitment, retention, and reactivation of Bingo Players, ensuring superior service and engagement. You will also manage
the execution of player promotions, and special events that enhance the overall bingo experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for the Player Development program, focusing on sustainable acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Oversee the execution of gaming promotions, including events and special promotions.
- Manage and maintain all bingo marketing systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Player offers and data.
- Provide leadership to Players, ensuring efficient, friendly, and accurate guest service at the best possible cost.
- Foster a high-performance environment by training staff and volunteers to excel in their roles as they relate to Player Development.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the gaming, hospitality, sales, or marketing industry.
- Any combination of education and/or relevant experience totaling seven (7) years may also be considered.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and player-tracking systems.
- Supervisory experience in player development or high-end guest service roles is preferred.
