Job Overview:

As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll assist with administrative tasks, customer communications, and internal coordination to support our team and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
• Data Entry & Organization: Maintain accurate records of customer orders, invoices, and documentation.
• Customer Assistance: Provide information, process orders, and address inquiries from customers.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling deliveries, meetings, and internal workflow.
• Market & Product Research: Gather and organize information on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Office Management: Keep office supplies stocked, organize files, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support Sales & Operations: Help with order processing, follow-ups, and communication with suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cabinetry or home improvement industry is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
