Description:

As a MSA - Adobe Journey Optimizer, Journey Orchestration and / or Campaign Technical Architect, you will work with Adobe Campaign Standard, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Journey Orchestration responsible for owning the architecture and design of complex solution components as well as building out a team of architects, leads, and analysts.

The Architect will own design elements and providing approvals on designs elements submitted by team members. The candidate will be responsible for creating strategies and architectures designed to fit each client’s unique needs. The architect will ensure that client systems accurately meet the defined expectations and objectives of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams. The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. The candidate must also have experience providing level of effort and ROM estimates for technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Team leadership & development, including offshore & onshore teams
  • Solution Development
  • Platform & Solution Architecture
  • Identify project needs & architect solutions
  • Lead client engagements, working across teams as necessary to provide holistic client solutions
  • Conduct workshops for future state processes
  • Lead architectural decisions and plans with client and internal teams
  • Provide solution and/or platform best practices
  • Develop in-house training program for employees and clients
  • Contribute to thought leadership content
  • Support presales conversations and proposals
  • Responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic
  • 10 years of experience in business including consulting, digital marketing, marketing operations or demand gen
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Lead or Architect role relating to Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Journey Orchestration
  • At least 5 years’ experience with Integration technologies
  • Strong experience in data modelling , schema and cardinality building.
  • End to end implementation experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Campaign Standard, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Journey Orchestration
  • Clear understanding of other areas of AEP outside of AJO and how AEP works in correlation with AJO i.e., CDP, segments, Asset Essentials, etc.
  • Ability to lead strategy and architecture sessions and communicate design options to clients
  • Excellent knowledge of Marketing Management across multiple Channels (Email, Mail, SMS, PUSH, etc.)
  • Application Integration/Web services experience (XML, REST, SOAP & messaging patterns)
  • Should have good understanding of Adobe Campaign Architecture
  • Defines integrations between the Adobe Marketing Cloud Products (AEM, Adobe Analytics , Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target)
  • Designing a solution architecture and to identify the components and Templates for Campaign Management – Segmentation Workflows, Technical Workflows and Delivery Workflows
  • Application Integration/Web services experience (XML, REST, SOAP & messaging patterns)
  • Knowledge of Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS, RESTful, JSON and related technologies
  • Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution
  • Adobe Campaign Classic Architect credential required
  • Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard Developer and Business Practitioner strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $175K – $190K plus a variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.
