Key Job Responsibilities
• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick products from inventory, pack them securely, and prepare shipments according to company standards.
• Inventory Management: Assist with tracking, organizing, and replenishing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming shipments, inspect deliveries for accuracy, and label outgoing packages.
• Quality Control: Ensure all orders are packed correctly, meet quality standards, and are free from damage.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
• Workplace Safety: Follow company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace.
• Collaboration & Efficiency: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment targets and deadlines.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure order accuracy and proper handling of inventory.
• Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet shipping and fulfillment deadlines.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, lifting, bending, and moving for extended periods; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Teamwork & Communication: Strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software, barcode scanners, or order tracking systems is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor order discrepancies or inventory issues.
