Kitter

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kitters in the Mount Pleasant area to support our manufacturing team on 1ST shift. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking and kitting materials based on blueprints to ensure production runs smoothly. You’ll handle materials manually and with hoists and assist in preparing products for assembly and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, transfer, and kit/group parts and materials according to blueprints.
• Support the production team by preparing materials needed for manufacturing.
• Lift and move materials and finished products manually or with equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn Traverse software.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during your shift.
• Experience in kitting parts for production is a plus.
