TA Staffing is hiring Pick and Pack Workers to assist our various warehouse clients with fulfilling orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately.

• Pick products from inventory based on customer orders • Pack and prepare items for shipping according to company standards • Label and organize shipments for efficient processing • Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing • Maintain a clean and organized workstation • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures • Work as part of a team to meet order fulfillment goals
Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
