TA Staffing, in partnership with local manufacturing companies, is hiring General labor/Warehouse Associates. We are looking for Warehouse Associates to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Associates' responsibilities include working materials, packaging, sort materials, preparing orders, measuring and loading materials. Responsibilities:
Perform general production tasks such as assembling, packing, and sorting materials
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or conveyor belts (as needed)
Load, unload, and transport materials within the facility
Conduct basic quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all workplace safety protocols and company policies
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 lbs, and perform manual labor
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
