Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and friendly Customer Service Associates / Cashiers to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain an organized and stocked checkout area, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer experience and promote sales.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and inventory management.
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
• Basic math skills for accurate pricing and inventory management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in grocery store settings is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn about products and participate in ongoing training sessions.
