Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and efficient Cashiers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.
• Perform product demos to promote new items and enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves as needed and reporting low stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and retail math procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or cash handling is preferred but not required.
• Strong supervisory skills are a plus, particularly in training new staff members.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike.
• Familiarity with collaboration sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction is beneficial.
• A willingness to learn about products and services offered in the store is essential for success in this role.
