Food Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a clean and organized food service environment. This role is crucial in delivering a positive dining experience, and the Food Service Attendant will work closely with kitchen staff and management to maintain high standards of food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments as needed.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business needs.
