Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Remove trash and debris from designated areas regularly.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Respond promptly to requests from guests or staff regarding maintenance or cleaning needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
- Maintain equipment used for cleaning tasks in good working condition.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
