Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee food service management practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support bartending operations, including drink preparation and inventory management.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events to enhance guest experiences.
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize workflow during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, inventory control, and cost management initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in casual dining settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and staff.
- Knowledge of food service management principles and health regulations.
- Experience in shift management and supervising diverse teams.
