Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle MWM Application Support Analyst to provide both technical and functional support for our client’s Oracle MWM Application.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M), and Oracle Utilities Operational Device Management (ODM).
This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, system configuration knowledge, and the ability to resolve real-time communication errors between integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle MWM and related applications.
• Assist with MWM Production/Deployment changes and ensure smooth implementation.
• Resolve AMR/Manual Meter Reads download/upload-related issues.
• Configure and maintain MWM System Settings, Shift Templates, Schedules, and Appointment Baseline Monitoring.
• Perform real-time data fixes to address communication errors between systems, ensuring all work is completed on the same day.
• Work on and resolve ToDos for Oracle C2M, MWM, and ODM.
• Support process improvements and priority requests for Meter Services.
• Collaborate with the Utility Services Manager(s) and Meter Services teams on new work and special projects.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle MWM, ODM, and CC&B (C2M).
• At least 4 years of experience in Oracle MWM support and/or development.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for application issues.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing reports using complex SQL queries from various database systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Knowledge of integration between Oracle MWM and third-party applications.
• Prior experience in utility industry applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based Oracle utilities solutions.
