Job Summary
Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper for non-profit organization. Will answer phones, respond to emails, data entry in Excel and Access. Able to make invoice and make deposits within QuickBooks. This position has hours Monday-Friday but flexible on hours in office. This is a duel role, you will need to be organized and have good time management.
Duties
- Database entry
- Invoicing
- Pulling reports and getting them to the correct people
- Office supplies ordering
- Answering the phone
- Responding to emails
Requirements
- Preferred QuickBooks experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with memberships.
- Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred but not required.
