Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming, clean environment for all guests and staff. This position is essential in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and service within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned guestrooms and bathrooms.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping & mopping to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Report maintenance issues or supply needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional service and attention to detail during all cleaning activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and replenished as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly within hotel or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
