What are the responsibilities and job description for the TAB Intern - BI position at TAB Bank?
TAB Bank provides a structured, robust Internship Program that is open to College/University students. We have a commitment to our Interns to ensure we provide a meaningful experience that allows you to apply learned skills and explore the business environment while getting leadership and mentorship.
Intern will help migrate Tableau reports to Snowflake. Last summer our intern helped migrate a significant number of deposit reports.
Summer 2025 we are hoping to deliver the same results on the loan side.
Projects, task-oriented goals and milestones for this role to accomplish:
- Migrate TABClient Summary Reports to Snowflake
- Migrate StarTrend Reporting to Snowflake
Successful Intern candidates will have:
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently and remotely, and communicate effectively in writing and speech.
- Demonstrated ability for critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Preferably a math, finance, econ, or stats background.
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau/Power BI is a plus
Expect to gain:
- Tableau, SQL, Snowflake experience.
- Banking knowledge to better understand what metrics are meaningful for different business units.
- Experience in leading meetings and how to work with different groups to help decisions that are data driven.
