What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at TAB Property Management, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with exceptional leadership skills to manage the day-to-day operations of our community, located in the greater Des Moines metro area.
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the property. Including but not limited to leasing & marketing, customer service, financial performance, maintenance and upkeep of both interior and exterior areas of the community, and employee performance.
Duties
· Lead leasing activities to reach company goals.
· Manage financial operations to meet budget.
· Proactively manage vendors, and the bid process.
· Manage maintenance operations.
· Conduct daily inspections to compile a list of improvements and/or deficiencies.
· Complete all collection activities, up to and including evictions.
· Managing tenant relations, including responding to tenant inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues that arise.
· Market & Advertise to potential tenants, conduct market research, create and maintain marketing information, conduct property tours, and coordinate with the leasing team.
· Enforce lease agreements and ensure that all tenants are complying with the terms of their lease.
Qualifications
· 5 years’ experience in Property Management, with proven successful staff management skills.
· 2 years’ customer service, sales, or equivalent
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Fair Housing Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
