Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
- Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our services
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate information
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their scheduling needs and optimize appointment setting processes
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment
- Track and report weekly performance metrics to management
- Proven experience in a sales or appointment setting role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus

Salary : $46,200 - $74,000
