Our status and client base continue to broaden every day, and so we are on the lookout for an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team!
The primary focus of the Entry Level Sales Associate role is to optimize company sales revenue and customer outreach by creating brand awareness. The Entry Level Sales Associate is the face of our company and serves as the direct liaison between our esteemed clients and valued customers. An ideal candidate for the Entry Level Sales Associate role will have a proven history of professionalism, comprehensive knowledge of customer relations, and the ability to upsell and negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate will include:
- Recommend specific products or features to ensure each customer’s needs are met
- Confidently answer customers’ questions regarding products or services and overturn uncertainties
- Work with the sales team to manage sales promotions and engage customers to drive company revenue
- Engage directly with customers and clients alike to develop trusting relationships and bolster brand loyalty while closing business deals
- Effectively communicate sales promotions and special offers directly to customers
- Assist fellow Entry Level Sales Associates in the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales strategies to exceed sales targets for clients
- Conduct research and draft KPI reports to monitor campaign efficiency and track sales performance
Preferred Qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Associate:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Prior experience working in a Sales, Customer Service, or similar client-facing role is preferred
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to identify emerging trends and patterns
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Works well with management and other Entry Level Sales Associates and considers themself a team player

Pay: $53,102.00 - $61,338.00 per year
