The Shipping Associate plays a key role in supporting our mission by leveraging their understanding of restaurant operations to ensure flawless execution of the customer support process. In this role, the Shipping Associate must be highly technical and organized and can work with our Inventory Operations Specialist in a professional and customer-centric manner both on the phone and in person.
Responsibilities :
The following are the main responsibilities of the Shipping Associate role, with additional tasks that may be assigned as required :
- Work with the Inventory Operations Specialist to execute orders according to priority.
- Partner with the Implementation Specialists to provide on-site customer support for our DFW customers.
- Follow procedures to assist in the configuration and set up of a variety of computers, iPads, and other Apple devices.
- Assist with packing, shipping, and configuring equipment.
