Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality and presentation of cakes, pies, pastries and any other baked goods.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining stations according to daily prep sheets, food safety and sanitation standards, as well as keeping kitchen and baking area free of hazards.
- Responsible for respectful and effective communication with Team Members.
- Responsible for transport/delivery of products to specified areas.
- Review quality/quantity of good(s) received by the bakery. Must perform daily inventory of all items specified on prep sheets.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and supplies.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
- One (1) year of baking experience preferred.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Ability to operate kitchen and bakery equipment, read and understand baking specifications and recipes.
