Job Responsibilities And Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on all EGM cabinets (cleaning/vacuuming, calibrating touch sensors, checking button functionality, inspecting aesthetic appearance, etc).
- Clear acceptor and printer jams.
- Navigate game menus to access gameplay histories, and read pay tables.
- Maintain an understanding of job responsibilities and department policy and procedures.
- Assist in loading, unloading, moving, breaking down and setting up slot machines as required.
- Change basic machine parts as necessary (buttons, printers, validators, monitors).
- Respond to Kai service calls in a timely, efficient manner.
- Communicate issues to Lead Technicians and Supervisors as necessary.
- Communicate with Bench Technicians of any inventory needs in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Human Resources.
- Electronics equipment experience preferred.
- Experience working with slot machines and equipment preferred.
