Flower Loader/Unloader for Events

Table & Tulip is a wedding and special event florist. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and stunning floral designs that make every occasion unforgettable. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Flower Loader/Unloader to join our team.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to load and unload flowers and floral arrangements for special events and weddings. The ideal candidate will ensure that all flowers are handled with care and transported safely to and from event locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload flowers, floral arrangements, and related supplies into and out of delivery vans.
• Ensure all floral items are securely packed and protected during transportation.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of floral displays at event and at shop locations.
• Coordinate with the floral design team to understand specific delivery requirements.
• Inspect floral items for quality and freshness before and after transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading area and delivery vans.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures during loading, unloading, and transportation.

Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to handling flowers with care.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight schedules.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.

Experience and Licensing

• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential for transporting floral items.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
