Overview :
As the primary contact with guests at the bar, the Bartender is responsible for selling, preparing, and serving beverages and food. This role includes making menu suggestions, delivering orders, recommending wine selections, and managing inventory. The Bartender must have extensive knowledge of mixology, products, and alcoholic beverages, as well as operate effectively as part of a team and ensure quality service.

Expectations :
Execute job duties according to TableOne Hospitality's Service, Food, Beverage, and Wine manuals.
Collaborate with other Bartenders, sommeliers, and managers for efficient service.
Take and fulfill beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Provide responsive, professional, and gracious service to all guests.
Address menu inquiries and communicate guest needs with servers.
Stay informed about menu changes, dietary restrictions, and food allergies.
Maintain a clean and safe bar environment at all times.
Comply with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
Qualifications :
3 years of fine dining mixology experience.
Thorough knowledge of fine dining, service procedures, and functions.
Cleanliness, organization, and teamwork skills.
Extensive food and wine knowledge.
Minimum age to serve alcohol.
Dedication to learning and progressing in a fine dining environment.
Basic math skills and point-of-sale system proficiency.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and financial acumen.
Impeccable grooming, hygiene, and posture.
Responsive to constructive feedback from Management.
Physical Demands :
Work primarily indoors, with exposure to extreme temperatures (e.g., freezers and kitchens).
Stand for up to 8 hours and maneuver between tasks.
Lift trays and equipment weighing up to 20 lbs. regularly; push / pull up to 250 lbs.
Perform cleaning tasks, including bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching.
Use manual dexterity and have visual acuity.
Lift and / or move up to 40 pounds regularly.
