Job Title: Front of House Manager

Location: Taboo Pizza, 1877 Washington Blvd, Ogden, Utah

Job Overview:

Taboo Pizza is in search of a seasoned Front of House Manager to spearhead the comprehensive front of house management of our new Full Service, Full Bar pizza location. This pivotal role entails adeptly managing personnel, ensuring unparallelled customer satisfaction, and upholding peak operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Front of House Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Front of House side of our full-service restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and managing inventory levels.

· Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members. Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.

Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service through accurate fulfillment of customers' orders, interacting with customers, addressing complaints or concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.

· Food Quality and Safety: Monitoring the expediting and presentation of prepared foods to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

· Monitor and ensure cleanliness of all FOH areas including but not limited to: Dining, Patios, and Restroom Facilities.

· Work closely with Kitchen and Bar Managers for efficiency of flow and an incredible customer experience.

· Financial Management: Monitoring sales trends, Customer Relations and Experience, and optimizing labor efficiency to maximize profitability.

· Marketing and Promotions: Assist in site specific development of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers: May involve promotional ideas, advertising specials, social media, and community involvement.

· Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and licensing requirements. Keeping up-to-date records and documentation to demonstrate regulatory compliance.

· Vendor Relations: Work professionally with contracted food and beverage suppliers, managing orders and deliveries to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients and supplies.

· Manage FOH supply inventory levels.

· Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in operations, service, and profitability. Implementing process enhancements and training initiatives to drive efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications:

· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· 3 years Front of House Restaurant experience or similar role required.

· Strong Leadership and interpersonal communication, with a focus on fostering a positive team environment.

· Sound financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.

· Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating resilience and adept to problem-solving skills.

· Food Manager Certification required.
