Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns, aligning creators with brand goals and leveraging trends for performance optimization.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, fulfill sample requests, analyze key metrics (GMV, CTR, Views), and implement data-driven improvements.
- Creator & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong creator partnerships, ensuring engagement and retention. Serve as the main client contact, providing updates and insights.
- Sourcing: Ability to lock in and mass source shop creators to help bring in new creators to support the different brand needs.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align strategies and help TABOOST grow across multiple verticals on Shop.
- 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing ( TikTok Shop experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, affiliate marketing strategies, and social commerce trends.
- Proven success in managing high-volume influencer/affiliate campaigns with measurable impact.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling client and creator relationships.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven problem solver with a passion for innovation and performance marketing.
