Role Overview
We are looking for a Creator Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for lower to mid-tier creators , providing them with the tools, insights, and support needed to grow within TABOOST and TikTok Shop. This role is about being the "educated bestie" for creators—helping them navigate the platform, optimize their performance, and work toward long-term success. You’ll focus on relationship-building, onboarding, and guiding creators toward the right opportunities to maximize their sales potential.
This position requires someone who is personable, supportive, and passionate about helping creators succeed while balancing strategic guidance with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Creator Support & Relationship Managemen t : Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of lower to mid-tier creators, offering personalized guidance to help them grow their TikTok Shop business.
- Onboarding & Education : Conduct thorough onboarding to familiarize creators with TAP, Discord, and TABOOST processes, ensuring they understand samples, creator rankings, and available resources.
- Goal Setting & Alignment : Work closely with creators to understand their goals and connect them with relevant departments (Shop Live, TAP, A-List) to help them reach their potential.
- Talent Identification & Growth : Monitor creator performance to identify high-potential talent, escalating fast-growing creators to senior management for additional support.
- Strategic Guidance : Act as a trusted advisor, balancing company objectives with creator needs to provide practical, actionable recommendations for growth.
- Support & Communication : Provide timely and ongoing support, addressing creator concerns, violations, and challenges while maintaining open and proactive communication.
