Tabor Pest Control is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide customer support, scheduling and daily office work to ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette is a must
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Proofread records to ensure the information is correct
- Provide exceptional customer support both in person and over the phone
- Perform various other tasks to support office operations in down time
- Must be able to make delinquent money phone calls
Experience
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking
- Phone skills
- Data entry in a busy office setting
The office needs a reliable person to work in the office Monday-Friday 8-5:00pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.88 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
