About The Role

- Design and build tools that enable users to create and manage AI pipelines and agents.
- Integrate frameworks like LangChain or similar to make LLMs and retrieval systems easy to use and deploy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver AI-powered solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
- Deploy AI-driven features into production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and user impact.
- Stay curious and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the AI capabilities of the Tabs platform.
- 2 years of relevant professional experience
- ML/AI engineering experience, including exposure to production systems.
- Hands-on experience with open-source AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar, and working with APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with an understanding of backend development.
- An understanding of how to maintain open-source frameworks in a production environment
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, with a passion for solving real-world problems through AI.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.
