Position Overview:
We are Seeking a B2B Sales Superstar! As a Sales Representative at The Tabush Group, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients. You will own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and will be expected to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. You will work closely with the internal stakeholders to strategize and implement innovative methods for acquiring new leads and building a strong sales pipeline. This is a full-time position, and the person must be in the NY/NJ, Boston or DC metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect New Leads: Use various tools and techniques (cold calling, email outreach, social media, etc.) to prospect and qualify new leads.
- Hunt for New Business: Identify and target new potential clients and market segments, effectively building and maintaining your pipeline of opportunities.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Consistently reach out to potential clients, effectively positioning The Tabush Group’s products and services.
- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the early stages of the sales cycle.
- Follow Up and Nurture Leads: Proactively follow up on leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed, and nurturing relationships over time to close deals.
- Track and Report Activities: Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead generation activities in CRM, tracking progress and results.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and monthly sales targets, driving revenue growth for the business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in hunting, prospecting, and lead generation (3 years in experience in Legal, Construction and Finserv preferred).
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
