Job Summary :

The Military Exercise Planner will provide expert support in the planning, coordination, and execution of military training exercises at the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) G-3 / 5 / 7. This role involves developing training scenarios, synchronizing multi-unit exercises, and ensuring alignment with military operational objectives. The candidate must have strong experience in military operations planning and joint exercise execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and coordinate large-scale military exercises and training events in accordance with Army and Joint training doctrine.
• Assist in building exercise scenarios, training objectives, and event execution plans.
• Maintain and update the Exercise Execution Matrix (EXMAT) and other planning tools.
• Conduct liaison and coordination with military units, training commands, and external agencies to ensure exercise objectives are met.
• Provide exercise briefings, after-action reports (AARs), and post-exercise assessments to improve future training operations.
• Utilize mission command systems and planning software to support exercise development.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and Army training policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Manage exercise logistics, including participant schedules, facilities, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate observer-trainer-controller (OTC) activities, ensuring feedback mechanisms are in place for training improvement.
