Tachoir Auto Body is a busy family-owned collision repair business located near Jefferson Hills in Pittsburgh’s South Hills. We participate with DRP’s, I-CAR, and OEM programs to stay up to date with the latest vehicle technologies and trends.

We are seeking an experienced estimator to train to be an Assistant Body Shop Manager. The Assistant Body Shop Manager works directly with the Owner (General Manager) to manage day to day operations including but not limited to:
-Writing, closing, and scheduling initial estimates.
-Assisting with parts ordering and production planning.
-Monitoring progress and completion of vehicles in the shop.
-Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
-Checks quality of completed work.
-Assists in managing daily operations including scheduling repairs, coordination with customers and insurance companies, ensuring timely repair completion.
-Fosters a collaborative and efficient work environment to enhance productivity and morale.
-Assists in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring parts and materials are available for repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
