We are currently seeking a Senior Service Desk Consultant to join our team in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This position offers a chance to work with a dynamic team supporting end-users while leveraging your expertise in Help Desk and O365 Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end users via email and web tickets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Administer and support Office 365 services.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including creating Knowledge Base articles.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely ticket closure.
We’re looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience in a service desk or help desk environment, with a strong understanding of Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
