Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Order-to-Cash Consultant to lead strategic SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their current processes and challenges, then designing and delivering innovative solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and related modules with a focus on logistics, returns, pricing, rebates, and integration with Vistex and other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose tailored solutions.
- Drive alignment between business objectives and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- SAP SD and Order-to-Cash Expertise:
- Configure and implement core SAP SD processes, including:
- Order Management: Sales orders, returns, and delivery processing.
- Pricing and Conditions: Set up and maintain complex pricing scenarios, discounts, surcharges, and promotions.
- Logistics Execution: Integration with transportation and warehouse management.
- Returns and Credit Management: Design and implement efficient returns processes and credit policies.
- Rebates and Incentives: Design and configure rebate programs, with a strong focus on integration with Vistex.
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), FI/CO (Finance and Controlling), and WM/EWM (Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management).
- Vistex Integration and Knowledge:
- Nice to have - experience with Configuring and managing Vistex solutions for rebates, chargebacks, and pricing agreements.
- Integrate Vistex with SAP SD for end-to-end visibility and management of pricing, incentives, and paybacks.
- Provide expertise in designing and optimizing rebate processing workflows.
- Process Analysis and Design:
- Evaluate current supply chain and order-to-cash processes across clients in healthcare, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA s advanced functionalities to address inefficiencies and optimize operations.
- Client Engagement:
- Facilitate productive discussions with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate complex solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional results and value.
- Implementation and Execution:
- Configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions for supply chain and order-to-cash processes.
- Support data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven expertise in SAP SD, including logistics, order management, pricing, and returns.
- Strong experience with Vistex integration and managing rebate programs.
- Industry experience in healthcare, distribution, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes, including pricing, rebates, and returns.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP SD with Vistex, MM, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead workshops, manage client expectations, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP S/4HANA and/or Vistex certifications are a strong plus.
