What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Office Assistant position at Tack Wholesale?
Job Summary
As our Office Assistant, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Helping the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Supporting the Shipping Team with order processing and tracking shipments.
- Assisting in maintaining and updating product listings on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Chewy.
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in restocking when needed.
- Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets in Google Sheets and Excel to track inventory, orders, and sales.
- Assisting with internet sales strategies to improve sales on e-commerce platforms.
- Organize and track shipments, working closely with the Shipping Team.
- Help maintain and optimize product listings across e-commerce channels.
- Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal & analyze and report on sales performance, assist to improve online sales.
- Maintain an organized workflow to ensure timely and order processing & shipping.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets is required.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Chewy, etc.) is a must.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
Hours & Compensation:
- Part-time position with flexible hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
