Job Summary
We are a fishing tackle retail company located in Rochelle Park/Paramus. We're currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and aiding day-to-day operations for our e-commerce department, from listing and order management, customer service, inventory management and operations.
Duties
- Day-to-day online order management, including order issues, returns and claims.
- Provide effective customer service via phone, e-mail and messaging.
- Manage inventory by creating purchase orders, receiving, adjusting and troubleshooting when needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to aid in sales projects and promotions.
- Work closely with Director of E-Commerce to carry out various clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service preferred.
- Experience in Shopify, Amazon and/or Ebay preferred.
- Be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a team player, and willing to learn and master new knowledge.
Requirements
- Must have a High School Degree or equivalent.
- Must be able to work on-site Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm.
- Must be comfortable working on PC.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally over phone, e-mail and messaging.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
